Sleep to me was always a real-life nightmare. I never looked forward to my bedtime because 9 times out of 10, I would get a restless night’s sleep and wake up feeling lethargic and gloomy.
We all know sleep is important, but few people realize that not getting enough sleep pretty much neutralizes the benefits of healthy eating and exercise.
When we sleep, protein production takes place that provides the necessary building blocks for cell growth and repair: The body recovers from stress damage, damage caused by ultraviolet rays and immunity is boosted.
Without sufficient rest the body is weakened, exposing us to greater risk of poor health.

I won’t get into the technology here, but I love listening to these audios after those long, high-energy days when my mind just won’t settle down.

What does your day look like?
There are a lot of affiliate programs out there, promising thousands of dollars in weeks or months, and even claiming to do it for you, on “auto-pilot.”
Fact is, nothing gained like that is lasting or rewarding!
Building wealth, building a business? You look busy.
It looks challenging. It forces you to think, to decide, to act.
Building wealth is never done with “auto-pilot.” Hand-outs and freebies are nice. FACT: The satisfaction of achieving something that challenges the spirit brings lasting, true happiness!
- Take your time reading, studying and learning everything you can about Your Industry, industry trends, future projections, and your competition.
- Seek-out like-minded Business professionals every opportunity, joining Meet-Ups, online communities and forums, community groups & associations!
- Ask questions if you need help, or support, using both offline and online resources, Audios, Videos, Webinars, books, e-books, industry magazines, and the like!
Look…let’s cut to the chase, and get to the point:
Doing the mundane, sometimes even boring, but routine habits that build wealth, far benefits doing nothing at all. And these are the very things that end-up bringing the benefits!
- Take the challenge.
- Define your passion in life, then
- Define the reason you want wealth.
- Now, do all you can to take action to make it happen.
Think about where you are in your life. Are you happy? Are you as successful as you’d like to be? Do you have trustworthy friends? Are you excited about waking up each day?
What do you lack?
What makes you smile?
Now, think about your conversation. What do you talk about mostly? People? The things you want? Ideas you have?
What do you like to listen to for entertainment? Music? Gossip? News?
What we say has a profound effect on what we experience in life.
If you don’t believe it, try this experiment:
Help yourself to a “Positive-Speaking Diet.” Limit yourself to speaking only positive, honest, happy, up-beat things for 5 minutes.
Now examine how you feel after those 5 minutes.
“The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” Proverbs 18:21
Want more? Speak it.
“I am a healthy, happy millionaire!” should be your minute-by-minute mantra.
If you say you’re broke, you’re broke.
If you say the pain is killing you, it will kill you.
This is a principle of life. It works for everyone, no matter who you are, or where you live, or what your status in life may be.
If you want things to be different, change those things that you have the power to change. Then, accept the things that you cannot change, and look for the hidden treasure in it…there’s Always something hiding there that’s intended to help you grow.
- Speak the love, the joy and peace you seek.
- Talk about wholesome, praise-worthy things to yourself as well as to others.
- Face your challenges and speak directly to the Universe, and
- the Universe will respond in kind, according to what you say!
